WHAT IS FOS
FOS (Formwork Operation System) is an innovative industrial machinery that allows the decentralization of a building factory, thanks to its ability to create artifacts such as infill and structural panels ensuring high technical, thermal and acoustic properties for the best construction in any territory. FOS guarantees a high level of production and quality of the structures.
The machine, covered by a patent, is contained inside a 40ft hc (12m x 2.4m x 2.8m) container with ISO certification, in order to be transported quickly and comfortably to any place. The 25-ton weight allows the system to fall outside the category of exceptional transport.
These specifications make FOS an extremely versatile, modern and innovative machine, easy to transport and use even in the most problematic areas from an infrastructural point of view, even in the presence of low construction know how.

Thanks to the FOS system, we reduce the time taken for the production of cementitious products and, consequently, for the construction of buildings. For a house of about 200 square meters, consisting of 15 panels, the time required for construction is 60 days. In particular, FOS is able to print 3 panels every 19 hours, followed by 30 days for the normal drying of the material, in order to give it stability and structural solidity before final positioning on the foundations.

The FOS system is quick and easy to install. The production of the panels can begin after only 24 hours from the arrival of the container in the construction site.
Thanks to our technology, we have developed a modular system based on reinforced concrete walls.

The quality of the building materials is made by the raw materials of which they are built. The use of FOS system therefore allows for an enhancement of the raw material of each territory.
